Just cozy and the beach is beautiful and I love the coffee shop! Also, the availability if 24 hour room service is a deal breaker especially if u have early tour/ excursion.

Staff are nice and polite. We were living on higher floor and view was phenomenal. We enjoyed the sunset view very much. Gondola restaurant was my favourite. The food was tasty. I enjoyed the dessert on Tequila restaurant as well. Server were nice and well trained.

The hotel is very nice in general, it is not a super big property. There was a enough variety of food at the buffet. The rooms were very spacious with a comfortable terrace to chill. The kids pool has a tobogan and our 4 year old enjoyed the games at the kids room. During our stay the hotel was not full, still at some times chairs by the pool were not available. The white sand and blue ocean makes the beach beautiful, lots of space available since it was almost empty. During our stay it was very windy so sunshades couldnt be opened at the beach or at the pools no other shade available.

The room was spacious, hot tub was amazing, views were great. The beach was clean and the view from pool is great. The staff is polite and helpful. Room service is really quick. Great location as well.

Loved the size of the resort - everything was close and easy to get to (beach, pool, bathrooms, dining, bedrooms). Liked not having to make dinner reservations each night. Glad the resort was 50% full - would probably have felt crowded if at capacity. Felt very comfortable on a girls trip - never felt unsafe or harassed. Very friendly and attentive staff.

What we enjoyed the most was our oceanfront room, the food, views and vibe on the rooftop deck, the food and service in general and that you can go to the other Palace properties. We also enjoyed wine and rose champagne delivered to the room. We loved our day trip to Isla Mujeres Palace.
